The Eclectic Sonet

A café that possesses an inherent sense of warmth and intimacy, which in our notion, is the perfect aura that the design of an all-day diner can aim to achieve.

A Multi-Cultural Blend

Our world is a multifarious canvas of cultures, people, colors and natural scapes. Every country has its own distinct aspects that render it with its unique flavor. Imagine an Eutopia-like space that possesses koi ponds of Japan, Moroccan pattern tiles, colonial moldings and a piece from almost every part of the world…all in one place? This cafe design proudly sets up this ambiance and justifies the beauty of a harmonious cacophony!

Greenery & Textures

The inception of the space is through a lift foyer, soon after which the patron is greeted with a panorama of partially covered roof-top cafe, blended with natural green elements all throughout. On one end of the open terrace, a rustic exposed brick wall with a vertical garden works towards instilling a classic vitality to the space. This is, however, subtly contrasted with contemporary furnishing in muted dark tones.

Classic & Chic Interiors

Contrary to what the outdoor has to offer its guests, the indoor sweeps off all the attention with a sherbet colonial set-up, that might actually remind you of a club from the 90’s golden era.

A Little Blush

Geometric moldings, yellow lighting and a spectacular view of the highway : it aptly combines the elements that can provide a mesmerizing ambiance to guests who want a lavish family dinner or a quiet corner to work in.

Accentuated Lighting

Limbo – a lighting installation by Kenneth Cobonpue, subtly invokes the modern edge in this classic scheme while distinctly being noted as the accentuating facet. Srinivas states, “To me, the installation captured the essence of the space – a center of taste, a place of relaxation and ideas, all wrapped in the gauzy haze of warm company and celebration – a true balance depicted by the figure caught in her moment.”
